He has issued a statement saying he is gutted to be left out and he does not understand the reasons for it.

Does make it a farce if rankings don't count for what is meant to be the elite tournament

Quite happy with that line up. Basically it is the current 10, with Anderson in for Wade. I was really (pleasantly) surprised Wade was left out, but I much prefer to watch Anderson so I am happy
