Patto

My point is if he is overweight even slight he’d be disciplined in some way
Ah right, you replied when I said last season he got dropped for being pissed up.

He looks like I do when I wear a goalkeeper shirt! Loads of lumps and bumps😂 I’m not a professional athlete though. I think that he may well not be overweight to all recommended charts etc but he looks like he’s been catapulted into his kit

My concern is if Patto isn't dropped then it sends a message.

You can be off form ( goal v Hull, at least one of the two v Leeds, v Watford.). You can be out of condition, anyone can see he's carrying a bit weight which effects confidence "shall I come off my line, oh may not get to it I'll stay on line to be safe".
Mentally he looked shot after the goal as well.

For his own sake and the teams he needs a break.

Moore may not be better than Patto but for the reasons above RLB should make a change for at least one game.

I was on about him being dropped for allegedly been pissed too 😜

So you accept your making up your reply to me then. Thanks.
For what it’s worth I agree with you on Patti needs a break. But I also think there’s an issue with having your smallest man on the front post.
He should never have been required if he’s there or not it’s the goalkeepers fault.

That’s where RLB needs to be stronger then maybe

Absolutely. If he’s not making mistakes and gets dropped, then Moore makes a mistake, he’ll get dogs abuse.

But now he’s making errors it gives RLB a decision to make.
It's quite sad really- he looks so healthy in the first picture, and like a pub team player in the second.

It is. He obviously turns up and trains everyday and he’s not going to put weight on by eating in the AOL canteen, so it’s whatever’s going on in his private life leading to it.

He was told to grow a gut by the club?! He’s overweight for a normal person never mind a professional athlete.
If Patterson is fat there is no hope for the rest of us.

Looks full up on protein shake.

Get a better club dietician in or failing that bring back Di Canio.

The rest of us aren’t getting paid thousands of pounds a week, with professional nutritionists, dieticians and fitness coaches sorting our meals out.

In general terms you wouldn’t say he was fat, but he’s certainly put a couple of stone on and it’s not all muscle. You don’t put muscle on your cheeks and chin.

The club staff must be happy otherwise they’d do something or youdve thought they would

I don’t think he is fat his entire body has bulked up. Probably told to by the club.
You can see looking at his arms and shoulders he’s been bulking in the gym. Fair play

The problem (visibly) stems around the middle for me that’s not bulking weight, it’s calorie weight and sugary/alcohol type weight gain. This is my area of expertise! 😂

You do if the dumplings are chewy!

No matter how the weight has been added it will slow you down.
Keepers aren't natural players with the ball at their feet and to add that extra bulk has only hindered him.
I do think the coaching staff have been involved in adding that bulk to increase his physical presence.
