Patrick Roberts to Birmingham compendium

Its not fair really as you've never seen him at prem level. Its just guess work
It's "not fair" to conclude that someone who is not good enough defensively against championship players would not be good enough defensively in the PL? It certainly seems a more than reasonable conclusion to me.

He would be better than rigg like tbf
True. If it weren't for Roberts' very poor defensive ability, he'd be useful to us at the moment, especially with Traore out. Unfortunately, he is weak as piss defensively and that just doesn't work at all in our current system. It really doesn't work all that well at this level in any system.

Eh?

Roberts worked his bollocks off

It’s why RLB always picked him

Why do people think it’s ok to just start making stuff up
100% would’ve offered more than Rigg as a winger but ultimately wouldn’t have had many minutes with everyone fit / here to play. Will always love PR and hope he’s successful wherever he is.

Yeah this

pretty sure he’d want to try and prove himself as a premier league level footballer more than anything else

Whether bringing him back would be beneficial for either party I don’t know
Id recall him. We have zero RW options and if nothing else might force Brum to cough up to get him perm.
