Patrick Roberts to Birmingham compendium

Was a back 5 nordi was right sided centre back and Hume wa sallowed to roam a bit in possession never want to see him in midfield he won’t good enough on the ball he’s fine where he is on the bench
Don't agree at all. Hume was far more right wing tbh. Just watched the highlights again and even when Liverpool don't have the ball hes in their final third.

Sure RLB called it a 442 after the game that changed to a 5 later.

It’s a flexible formation it’s left to Humes interpretation depending on how the game is panning out he’s not gonna juts sit back as a right back in a back 5 if they don’t need him

We are far more structured than it being left to interpretation.

The base formation without the ball wasn't a 5 in the first half at liverpool, go and watch the highlights. Its completely different to city 3 days later or the arsenal game.

You’re right. If you look at the pass map for Liverpool away, both Nordi and Trai’s average position is way ahead of Reinildo and the CBs
