Patrick Roberts to Birmingham compendium

I feel like letting Paddy go may have been our only misstep this transfer window.

I feel like currently he would've been a better option on the right than Traore, and with Talbi looking a lot more comfortable on the left, we look short of options on the right now.

Mayenda can play there, as can Rigg or Traore, but I feel like Roberts would've been getting game time in this squad now.
He really wouldn't like.

Not for me at all. Looked well off the pace for the vast majority of last season.

Shouldn't be back and equally i hope we sign a better left footed winger for our system in January than Traore. He always felt like a last min stopgap

I don't think he would have. There's a reason why he's hardly featured in the Premier League throughout his career.

There was always going to be difficult decisions to be made if we were promoted about letting loyal players leave. It was the right decision to let Roberts go.
