Parking near Anfield

Head to The Barlow Arms (AKA ‘The Dark House’) - park up near the pub. You’ll get a warm welcome in the pub from some amazing fans. Anfield is about 15 min walk from the pub

Funeral and straight home would surely be the best option. Who the fook would want to wangle tickets for the scum end?
That’s the best part, not the allowing son to be a Liverpool fan, not the then choosing? to go to follow the mags away with their lot,

But the going out of his way and putting effort into getting the tickets, and THEN thinking it would be a good idea to share this wangling on the smb

Have to go to Liverpool for a funeral tomorrow and managed to wangle a couple of tickets for the mag end tomorrow night (son is a Liverpool fan (I know, I failed...)). Apart from a can of deodorant and a false moustache, I need somewhere to park around the ground. Anyone got any suggestions of safe places to park from past experience?
The main car park in Stanley Park adjacent to the Anfield Road end over the Road from the Arkles PH.

My goto parking when I go to Goodison is the Abbey Lawns Nursing Home on the map.

For EvertonI have been lucky and got Randolf Street before - most of the streets are residents only but each of those streets on the map has 2+ bays for visitors. But even for an Everton game I have often given up and gone back to the Nursing home.

Or if you really want to be a cheeky bugger, the Asda ( Walton ) car park ( it's free and never checked by Merseyside Police. Than just a short walk up Utting Ave to the stadium.

Watch out for residents permits in these area.
