Panackelty fever pitch



Is panac a north east thing? Me nana would make it all the time when we were kids. Our lass isn't from round here but got it at Spent Grain or something when she went out. Never had it before, couldn't believe how good it was. I couldn't believe from a menu full of stuff she chose panac.
