lovely delicacy especially with a few jars

Only ever had them cooked once,bought a rice sack of oyster from a fisherman on a beach in the Philippines,grilled them in the shell on the beach and ate them with a squeeze of calamansi juice,very nice but I prefer raw.

One of the nicest ways to eat shellfish was opening a mussel into one 1/2 of the shell when night fishing and using the plate on an anchor lamp or Tilley lamp to cook it in the 1/2 shell
I’ve felt sick before from eating too many
Nothing added and cooking it in its own juice
