Good folk the Bristolians. I worked there a bit a few years back. My mates were Gas though but good lads.

I gave my scarf to a young Norwich fan in 85……a lot of other SAFC fans did the sameWembley '85. Thousands of us walked through similar numbers of Norwich fans and, to a man, we applauded each other.
One young lad started mouthing off, got a clip from his fatha, everybody laughed, the kids looked sheepish for a few seconds, joined in with the laughter and that was that.
Saw this also was a bit weird when they embraced and kissed as they’d never met but you can’t fight love

Wudnt have happened in the 70s as the two Bristols (fnurrr fnurrr) weren't very welcoming, esp Rovers.Couple of their fans approached a group of MLF’s and said “well done, all the best for the season” very nice not something you’d usually hear, no bitterness. Really adds to the feel good factor.
Wouldn't let me park me bike in there, but he did tell me where to park just around the corner where it was safe.It was a lovely story Seemed a nice club. Their SLO was amazing in the build up too. Got us a parking space right next to that bar near the away end because my daughter had a foot operation on Thursday!!
Very good of him, like - but twenty quid FFS! And that's on top of 35 quid match tickets. Robbing tw@s.She is mate, thank you.
She was desperate not to miss the game but can’t walk far, BCFC SLO was class. Sorted us a space for £20 less than 30 metres from the turnstile.
Of course they do. Who wouldn’t wish all the best for a good game and the best team on the day to win? I’ve met opposition fans from every tier of football and they are just like us in Sunderland with the same desire and aspirations for their teams. Treat them with courtesy and respect and, by and large, it is reciprocated.Do we ever do that?
Same here - very friendly and helpfulEvery single Bristol fan I spoke to was spot on, it was a class day out.

Good folk down there, even if their accent is shit.
Not friendly when we play each other, hostile for sure.
That includes the Gas.
I guess it’s a kind of Derby that attracts the lunatics from all clubs.
Where’s he too?
