Our fans

But it is fickle. Why only go during the good times and not support the club during the really bad times

So are you trying to say league 1 was good times because we had better support then over the Champ season you keep bringing up?
Because for me the league 1 seasons are the worst times we have ever had (I started going in 87).

Not once have I said the League 1 years were good times. They were terrible

I did answer the question. The ones who stuck by the club excellent support.
That wasn't my question, you gave an answer to a question you made up in your own head.

I asked if you thought our support was shit in league 1.
I'll answer it for you, no it wasn't. But that doesn't suit your agenda.

Moving on to your question that you made up, you think that fans who started coming this year after we have been promoted are shit?.
What a strange little negative man you are, must be a barrel of laughs in your house.

I answered your question and you are ignoring because it doesn't suit your agenda.

Funny how many issues we've had since fans coming this year (racist chanting, objects thrown etc)

As for your false comments about me. Feel free to think whatever if it makes you feel better

I will try and get a programme from that era as I'm sure they had the away numbers printed in them

Go for it. Your words were ‘often’, and I’ve just scanned down the fixtures from that season and got as far as about January (I’ve already given examples towards the back end of the season when relegation was just a formality and where we still filled the away ends) and other than that Villa midweek one I’m scratching my head at 1000 or less matches.
Norwich - early Sunday kick off if memory serves me right and we sold out the 1500 or so allocation.
Sheff Wed midweek - about 3,000 off the top of my head.
Barnsley - filled that end behind the goal which is what 4-5k? Got twatted as well.
Hull - filled the usual corner, good day out that.
Ipswich midweek - can’t remember on this one, probably filled most of the upper. Steele did a stupid dive and we got twatted.
Preston - 3,000 or so, another good day out.
Brentford - filled the allocation lower terrace and upper seating, great day out.
Boro - filled obviously but doesn’t count.
Villa midweek - already discussed.
Burton - filled the away terrace and seats given. Good day out.
Wolves - filled the usual lower tier.
Sheff Utd Boxing Day - filled the usual allocation, got twatted but a good day out.
Forest - can’t remember on this one but I’d be surprised if we didn’t fill the allocation.

Doesn't matter how many times you keep saying it you never actually answered the question I asked.

Pretty sure you're right mind I've never heard any racist chants or seen objects thrown before this season!

Also not sure what fasle comments I've made?

You've never heard the chants? You know the one that the player who it was being sang about went onto SAFC social media platforms to ask people to stop singing it.

Go figure. Our fans are amazing.

So are the supporters of other clubs that have won SFA for decades. Those fans who support clubs in lower divisions who have won nothing.

We have fantastic support but so do many other clubs.

You don't get any fecking points for attendances.

Did you actually read what I wrote you git fanny.
I was being sarcastic as you seem to be insinuating that this is the first season we've ever had fans sing racist chants or throw objects, claiming this is because of the fans who have only started following is after promotion.

To make it a bit clearer, racists chants and throwing objects are not a new thing at Sunderland. I'm not condoning it but the things you are saying are utter bullshit.

Clear we arent going to agree on things

Were you by any chance that miserable old bloke who was stood next to me at Birmingham near the top and next to the home fans? Never had a positive word about the club or fans.
