O'Nien at CB

I'm as big a Luke O'Nien fan as they get but it's time for him to be dropped. He is not a CH.

We've given it a good try now and we're getting found out at the back game after game, largely through his errors but not entirely.

He was awful today.

What goals has he been directly at fault for?

I don't know why we don't try him back in as a defensive midfielder, we're badly lacking one as we get hit on the transition almost every game.

I don't think he is entirely without blame for today's goal as it happens.

Ballard was most at fault though.

If O'Nien followed Nisbett it would have left an even bigger gap in our box because Ballard was miles out of position. Was up to Hume to tuck in and pick up Nisbett but Ballard cost us really.

Similar to one of Plymouth's goals the other week - we play so open with people miles out of position that it left their attacker one on one with O'Nien. It's a team set up problem, not an O'Nien problem but people seem to need somebody to lash out at.

I don't think O'Nien is up to the job of what we're asking him to do. If there are other players in the squad who are more capable in that position then I'd like to see them get a run out.

Hume not tucking in once Ballard stepped out of position was the main reason for me

Combination of the two, our two centre halves love to run out of position and miss the ball completely. Hume could see everything in front of him and should've been back covering in behind Onien but was once again miles away from doing it
