Fans from other countries always seem pretty good natured in comment sections, with the occasional **** of course (god knows we have some), but it always seems to be like this with Indian fans. Yet always Sri Lankan/Bangladesh fans seem to be nice as well.If anyone would like to see why Indian cricket fans are the biggest ***** in all of sport have a look at the comments on the Barmy army’s latest Instagram post
I never reply because I think I’ll end up saying something racist but they’re the worst ones for itI'll only end up wasting my evening replying, so I'll pass
France’s abject surrender of the FIFA World Cup they won in 1998 will take some beating but if we don’t win another match you could make a case we have.Genuine question because I think it's heading to the point where it's indisputable but... has there ever been a worse defence of a world championship title, in ANY sport, than England's performance here?
I’ve had to stop following anything cricket related as they just bang on about a century scored by Ajit Agarkar in 2000’and odd or something equally less relevant to the debate. Great knock by stokes today, got one less than agarkar.I never reply because I think I’ll end up saying something racist but they’re the worst ones for it![]()
Hindsight a wonderful thing, world cups only once every four years and nobody could of predicted this disaster.Up the mighty Afghans see Stokes having surgery after this a disgrace should have had it after the ashes rather than this ego disaster of a World Cup.
He retired from the short form game, he should have stuck to his word instead of going to the ODI WC only partially fit. He could have had his knee operation and longer recovery time to be ready for India tour in his preferred format where he is Captain.Hindsight a wonderful thing, world cups only once every four years and nobody could of predicted this disaster.
The fact he was willing to put his country and this big tournament before surgery says everything about the bloke for me.
He certainly wasn’t to know results would have panned out this way when he made his original decision, so personally don’t it was a disgrace at all just putting a World Cup first.
He could have, but he realized this was a World Cup!!He retired from the short form game, he should have stuck to his word instead of going to the ODI WC only partially fit. When he retired from white ball cricket he knew the schedule for WC and decided to concentrate on test cricket. As it is we took a half fit player who picked up another injury and has missed most games so far.He could have, but he realized this was a World Cup!!
And put his country first, I would rather have that type of sportsman than the other.
Obviously this disaster of a World Cup has meant it was irrelevant, but can totally see and massively respect his choice beforehand
