First time Ive ever seen Smith NOT review for a LBW ( or even an edge when hes clearly hit it)....and he chooses to do it in a World Cup final.......i actually thought on first view he has a 50/50 chnace here for height or impact............It was Head who told him no but that usually doesnt deter him
