Its inevitable that the variant was going to get here and become the dominant strain but if it had been slowed down by preventing travel sooner it would have given more time to vaccinate more people which would have helped to reduce the impact.

18 month into this pandemic and despite cases going from 1,500 per day to 16,500 per day in a month Bojo still thinks the public will believe his public appeasing bullshit saying things are looking good for July 19th !

As if cases arent enough ( i understand some will say the vaccine negates cases number to a degree ) but when hospitalisations and deaths are now increasing it just further proves the bloke is an ego~maniacal clown and the countries worst PM ever !

this delta variant is in the country because of him and his want of a trade deal with India and he should be held responsible for every suffering linked to it !

Amazing how many thought cases would never rise again the UK despite folks being vaccinated.I had a battle with 4-5 thickies on here early in the year who were lighting up like gammons,they claimed cases would never go above a 1000 again once the vaccine got into full swing,i claimed 5k-10k would still be likely.I might just give them a bump.
