Burnley get something from the next four games (Palace (tick), Fulham (1-1), WBA (0-0), Spurs (0-4)) putting them on say 28+ (now on 28)

Fulham then have Everton (3 points), Burnley (1 point), Sheff Utd (3 points) and Palace (1 point). They would need 10 points (got 8) from 12 to put them on 25 (actually on 23)....but say they got 9 one behind.....squeaky bum time with 12 games to play. "

So Fulham are 3 behind with a better goal difference. If they match you point for point and beat you last game of the season you are down! Still #safeashouses?"

Let's look at the next 4 and see where we stand:

Fulham - Spurs(H); Liverpool (A), City (H), Leeds (H)

Mags - WBA (A), Villa (H), BHA (A)

Alas, I think you might put some daylight between you, as Fulham could conceivably get zero from those games and Mags 6+ points.

Imagine if the Mags get nothing. Two away games against teams fighting for their lives and a home game against a miserly Villa defence .......here's hoping !!
