I want the training ground, the academy and the stadium to not be embarrassing for a top flight club. I want him to employ ambitious scouts and coaches and managers, to see the value in investing in the young players of the area, the value of keeping the training facilities contemporary.

Having players having baths in wheelie bins is pretty poor, and not likely to attract players of the quality needed to keep us in the PL year on year, which is again in Ashley's best interests in terms of having a higher asking price.
