Long old way to go yet, we know that from our great escapes. But it's starting to look a tad ropey
Other than our 15 and 19 points seasons we have never been in the kind of shite NUFC are in tonight. They have 18 games left. A third of them are against the current top 6 and they currently have no points aganst those teams in the 6 previous games played. They have not beaten a single team who is currently higher than bottom. They have 5 games left v teams in the current bottom 6 and 4 of them are away.

PS - and they just paid £25m for Chris Wood who in his own mind is now effectively retired but will continue to collect £4.4m per annum till his contract expires.

Just need one player to be vocal and say they ain't going, not because of league positions or timing, but because of the new ownership and it may start a real trend. Be brilliant.
Been saying this for ages. Imagine they approach Rafa and he just says no thanks. I am not working for homophobes, murderers, misogynysnts and terrorists.

Read that post back and imagine it was posted by @moneymikeashley

We'd have laughed our caps off

With them lot, I dont even know what's a parody anymore

Yesterday they could have lined up a front 6 of: Wood (£25m), Almiron (£20m), Saint Maximin (£20m), Joelinton (£40m), Willock £25m), Shelvey (£12m)

In his wisdom Howe preferred Fraser and Longstaff to Willock and Almiron, but he could have fielded a front 6 that cost more than £140m. Yet its Ashley's fault for neglecting the side? Surely at some point its got to be Howe's fault that he could only get that lot to manage 1 shot on target?

Howe's also got a load of defenders with Premier League experience but can't get them organised to stop goals to save their lives. Is that Ashley's fault as well?
Willock is mags grigg

I hadn't realised just how badly Everton are doing - I thought Norwich's win was an upset at the start of a revival, but it was almost a six-pointer. Still, £37M to date hasn't improved things for the mags*.

*unless you count a point at home to Watford as improvement as I'm sure many will be trying to spin it in Beheddie's favour. 1 shot on target!
You can hoy in about £30m in wages on those 2 players plus the £8m pay off for Bruce and maybe £4m for his staff plus whatever they threw at Beheadie the 8th and his staff. They must be in for £100m plus already and they have not even touched the sides and are heading towards relegation with a balance sheet that will attract major intrest under the EFL's FFP scheme. I hope they hoy another £150m at some other also rans on hugely inflated wages before the window closes.

Been winding up my mag mate (who to be fair is a canny lad)

"Say what you like, we arent down. We are one win from safety, and if Burnley beat Watford, we are still one win from safety. Burnley are a canny side".

My reply
"Shame you just 'weakened a relegation rival" by over spending on Woods. 48hrs ago you were saying that was genius as he was one of their best players, were you not?"

Silence since the
