My team are shite and unfortunately it's something I have no control over.
My life on the otherhand is something I can control.
Everything in my life is going great and I don't need to fill the void in my empty life by signing upto another clubs message board and try to wind up strangers on the internet that I'll never meet, especially when my team are playing!

30th this year. Obviously not a lot will be going on with covid and shit so I assume it hasn’t been resolved since then.

I doubt they’d still be sniffing about after 3 years if there was no evidence. As the pl can hit you with a points deduction if found guilty, I doubt they’ll be lenient after the ridiculous way you’ve went on about this failed takeover.

I have a really good mate who is pretty high up in the HMRC and its 100% still ongoing. The reason its taking so long is due to all the solid evidence they are collating

It might not come to out but people saying its not ongoing etc are way off the mark

That was the most worrying thing for Mags fans. You only put a provision in where the expectation of having to pay up is higher than the possibility of non-payment. I'd have expected the note of a contingent liabliity, noting a risk that's less than 50% likely to arise.

Minor technical note: it was a provision, not an accrual. An accrual is a recognition of an existence of a liability, which is known, but no yet invoiced by a supplier (like a proportion of the next gas bill). A provision is an estimate of a liability likely to arise, but not yet quantifiable with 100% accuracy.
