I don’t know it was a different era back then. I know I have descended on Blackburn several times in the 00s with 7,000 mags.

Yep. Which got us yet another season in Europe. That certificate led us to play more european games in that one season alone than Sunderland and Sheff Utd have between them combined in their entire history hasn’t it    Small time *****
I descended on Main road in 91 with an estimated 15’000 other Sunderland fans. That’s away support fuck face

As much as you bang on about Europe the reality is yous won fuck all as usual , come to think of it yous have won fuck all for over 5 decades
Weve won the FA cup since then
embarrassing
Oh , I nearly forgot
6 in a row
The likes of Wigan, Oxford, luton, boro, Norwich, have all won a major trophy since the mags have. f***ing embarrassing

Fair play to Ashley for making money available when he wants to sell it, 60 million 2 years ago, 70 million last and 35 million so far this.

We are in a similar position with SD at the minute but we could'nt get £35 quid out him for transfers.

Can't argue with the 2 signings they have made today like. Both solid players who improve on what they already have. Interesting fact I read today that Wilson & Fraser hold the best record in the premier league in 1 season for goal combinations (12). Thought the record would have been more than that but shows that these 2 are on the same wavelength and are dangerous.

Can't see the mags going down now, another season of mid-table mediocrity for me. How good does that sound now

All well and good signing relegated players. Let’s see what the next Ashley bombshell is. If he sells St Max there will be uproar

It's a typical Bruce transfer window man. If they're British/Irish and have just been relegated then they're fair game.

There's a reason why he's been relegated more than any other Premier League manager.

I just had a look at the PL top scorers last season....realistically only Wood and Pukki, of these listed in the top 20, would go to NUFC. That's the pond the mags, and many others, are fishing in now. Meanwhile we are fishing in a tiny little puddle :(

Worst owner in the world though yet they've spent more than a fair few clubs
