If he couldn't handle the pressure of putting the ball in the back of the net to keep Bournemouth up I don't know how he'll manage with the weight of that shirt and the Bigg Market on his shoulders

(18/19), (16/17 - 17/18), (11/12 - 15/16), (10/11), (06/07 - 08/09), (96/97 - 05/06), (01/02), (95/96), (93/94 - 94/95), (88/89), (86/87 - 87/88), (85/86), (84/85 - 85/86)
Add Joelinton onto that. It’s a pretty shit list. I’ll give them Andy Cole. Ferdinand they took off him.

So basically since the mid 80s, Shearer.

Cole for a couple of years before he reached the heights with Man U and Ferdinand for a season. The latter two a quarter of a century ago

We should start talking about our faymus number one shirt. (I'm joking of course: we'd never embarrass ourselves, in that way).

We've had far more to quality keepers in the last 50 years than they've had decent strikers.

Sorensen, Macho, Myhre, Fulop, Gordon, Mignolet, Mannone, Pantilimon, Pickford; all better in their respective positions than all but Shearer and arguably Cole and all probably have 20 or more caps for their countries. Sorensen got more than 100, if I'm not mistaken.

Aye, f*ck it. Let's talk about our faymus number ones.

Aye, but maybe Burnley, Sheff Utd and WBA just weren't interested in them

Link?

OK and get you. Which is why it easy to ignore the rest of what you say. As not based on fact either.

Sounds like you were the new Leeds in the making until Ashley rode in on his white horse (I know horse )
