Agree a good start is vital for him, and winning some home games would go a long way to that and getting fans onside.

Ancelotti started well but drifted away, which seems a bit of a repeating pattern for Everton over the years. I'm gonna stick my neck out and say 6th or 7th, which would be a decent start.
