He only started 11 games and was subbed in 6 of them. That's a pretty small sample to call him "a bucket load better than average".
He was on the pitch for 90 in losses to Liverpool, Chelsea, City and Everton. In some of those games you barely had the ball - check his touches stats. In fact at Everton I didn't realise he was on the pitch for a good while.
Let us see next season if he is the super star you all think he is.

I think you have to see how someone performs over at least 2 or 3 seasons to really gage how good he is. There's hundreds of players who have a good first few months at a club then can't keep the same standards up over a lot nger period of time
