No you wouldn't and if they'd have taken over us 6 months ago we'd be playing in front of 40k+ now even in this league and people would be clamouring for season cards cos they wouldn't want to miss out on what might come in the future. That's the truth of the matter. Too many people kidding themselves on here.

The denial on here is bizarre. Everyone pretending they'd be turning their noses up at being crowned the richest club there is. I swear it's turned into some sort of comfort blanket for people now.

Ive no doubt there are a lot of people that don’t give a fuck how many kids starve to death or get blown to bits as long as their favourite footy team win on a Saturday. It’s where we are as a society. Loads of morally bankrupt ignorant fucks as far as the eye can see. Question for you since you’re making assumptions. If the Russian government bought Sunderland tomorrow would you feel the same way as you do now?
