The management are still shit. Sick of travelling from Carlisle to Newcastle with 2 carriages when obviously oversold. Ran by morons.
The 17:30 Grand Central out of Sunderland, was shown on the screen as delayed until 17:55, so myself & mate went for a pint, only to find out the GC train had arrived & departed, just a couple of minutes after 17:30, and not 17:55.

I bailed out due to the weather, well the forecast and the possibility of LNER cancelling trains after the match, leaving me stranded. It’s happened before and didn’t want to chance it.

Was shit the amount of people that got off when guy said train wasnt moving for a while, then 5 mins later set off.
Toilet wasnt out of order the problem was the 6 people stood inside toilet and the dozen or so in the entrance area
Was typically carnage, quite a lot of kids on too, luckily most sat down cos it was very squeezed
