Nordi Mukiele

Think I agree tbh. Thought it was the opposite but his recent RB performances even weirdly with his assists haven't been as convincing as he was at CB.

Issue is it would mean most likely Ballard dropping out but can't really says hes done anything to justify that
Yeah he’s had a couple of assists in last couple of weeks from RB but he definitely suits been a CB i think. Still a great player mind you in both positions but he’s definitely let a few mistakes creep into his game same as Alderete in recent weeks.

0 bad games at CB
2 shockers at RB

Yes he contributes more going forward from RB, but we looked more solid as a defensive unit with him at CB in a 2 or 3 alongside Ballard and Alderete.

Both the LB and RB have been struggling for awhile though. Hume has been absolutely dire playing there aswell.

Personally I'd say they're not the problem, it's the two players playing in front of them letting them rot that's the real problem.

Mayenda and Mundle were absolutely horrific today - again.

He’s one of very few players we have who can cross a ball and is racking up the assists from there. A good centre back yes, better at right back.

Mukiele has been an absolute monster for us this season.
Right back or centre back he’s been superb.

He’s clearly got a problem with his hand and hurt it today which is why he was probably brought off.

He didn’t feel like he needed to be brought off !!

I’m glad he’s fuming about it.
Not that long ago we were carrying a squad full of ankles in the championship on our way to league 1 for 4 years.

He’s probably fuming with our performance again away from home as he sets standards high.

Don’t mind that one bit.

It’s not like he disrespected anyone he just couldn’t hide his emotions.

Same as xhaka arguing with fans from the bench.
It’s probably stupid but u could see he was fuming with the result and took his anger out on the first opportunity he could.

I have absolutely no problem whatsoever with his reaction, it’s shows he cares and he won’t accept poor standards, and I’m sure half of it was him being pissed off with his own performance.

I wish our wingers looked like they are as much and had the same standards.

zero issues with him being angry. He had a poor game, as did most of the team.
Hope he takes it out on Burnley

He stays at right back for me. Play a proper midfield that works correctly and he’s a real asset going forward and at the back.

Wasn’t at his best yesterday but he showed his real quality for the goal. Was surprised to see him withdrawn, especially for O’Nien.

Some real head scratchers from RLB yesterday and Muks was quite chippy when he came off... But I think it was more about he got tackled and his wrapped hand rolled on and the Bris didn't want his throw-in slingshot getting a further damaged arm injury in a game that was already out of hand...
