Last couple of weeks there's been two posts - the match build up ones by Caer Urfa...and the three or four spenky trolls couldn't keep off them. Turning both into what this thread has inevitably become.

I don't mind reading about Shields and the adventure they're on. It's a great story tbh. Why people feel the need to post bollocks about it spoils threads.

don't see why the matchday threads need to be ruined by the same trolls over and over again. Mods seem to shy away from banning these idiots while Shields lads who only tried to generate a little humour have been banned. @ShieldsGreggs4 told everyone in a thread that Tommy the Trumpeter would be at the game.... he actually was there in the posh end. He also predicted the beamback for the game, he unfortunately wasn't aware that the beamback was intended for the new Library show rather than the football. He also mentioned how Greens would be giving away pies at the game.... again this was shown to be true as Greens surplied the meat within the matchday hamper for the bingo. So to a certain extend @ShieldsGreggs4 was very informative and to the point. This is the total opposite of the sad, pathetic, lonely individuals who come onto the Shields thread to try and get a reaction.

In any case, you've managed to get the attention you've craved. I can't say I'd noticed you before you jumped on the Shields bandwagon. It's a shame you've been noticed for the wrong reasons.

I think Shildon will beat them. Although North Shields defended well and took the one chance but I thought they looked very poor going forward.

Not as good as a draw. In the long run Shildon are more of a threat to the title than North Shields

Shildon have put an excellent recent run together but they're not unstoppable. Was only six games ago South Shields beat them, although they were down to ten men for most of the second half, and dominated the first 45.
