It has a big pond with ducks in, a bandstand, a minature train for the bairns to ride, two big play areas with slides, climbing frames, sandpits etc, loads of grassy areas, tennis courts, basketball courts, bowling greens and it's right next to the beach.

What do most other parks have that Roker Park doesn't?
