It’s also in the contract that you’re “expected” to work overtime, it’s not mandatory. But they don’t like it when you tell them you can’t work a Saturday.
I was referring to the reply he has conveniently gave to people for years. He always says about signing a contract.

Has anyone seen how many billions in loans the UK govt has guaranteed for that company?
A person with their credit history and prospects going to a bank for a loan would be laughed at and thrown out unceremoniously.
They are in serious trouble and if they got 1st up one has to wonder what the ‘landscape’ will look like after

Just rang HR apparently it's a known issue with payroll. They are working on it and should have an update by tomorrow hopefully.
Guarantee it's put on next months pay so the tax man will be loving it. Already got 33 hours planned overtime next month.
