Nissan

Jatco seems very positive. Let’s hope it brings longevity to the Nissan site.
Ministerial visit a good sign. Good to see the Nightingale actually used for real jobs.
However, what the heck has Mr Mordey done to his face though ? Shame to spoil the PR photos with Poppy and Kim.

It has been there almost 40 years now and my guess is it is going nowhere and will be there another 40... 🤔

Overtime next month ladies and gentlemen. Given the current state of affairs they must have someone who knows exactly what they are doing with regards to overtime

It’s crackers just put it all on just to cancel as and when. Just dangling people by a string (but thanks for being flexible like we have a choice 🤣).

Nothing new, happened lots of time in my 35 years...

One of the classics was one year on L1 3 shifts we were doing EVERY Saturday all day and EVERY Friday Nightshift overtime too most of the year, so averaged only 4 days a month off depending on how the weeks fell...🤬

The last Friday Nightshift was worked as planned in September, then 1st October they announced too many cars so no more overtime for the foreseeable and STANDOWNS for the rest of the year...

Must have cost them a fortune in overtime for nothing, what a mistake to a make a...

Genuinely don’t know who you and others do it mate. Fair play

Well did they or did they not agree the flexible stand down scenario the last time with zero input from staff.... Answer yes... The names COMPANY council not staff council you fool
They are voted in to make decisions like that. The last comment is typical key board warrior crap who will say anything from his phone or computer
