The company should have more staff then shouldn’t they. 30-40 people per zone and as soon as one person is off it affects holidays toilet cover etc. Not good enough squeezing the amount of work they do out of a set amount of people and not expecting things to go wrong.

That makes great business sense carrying excessive staff just in case. Are you for real?

Excessive? What so 30-40 staff per zone and only 2 people allowed a holiday at the same time, people waiting ages for toilet cover. Yeah I am for real.
There are plenty of people in there wandering about doing bugger all for the same wage.
