Loads of people on here seem to defend Nissan to the hilt mind and love the place.
Never seen a workplace have that affect on employees.

Iv heard 30 but could possibly be 25, can’t imagine been many ppl there with 30 year in left now, can see it been manipulated to get rid of ppl they don’t want or like, people on medical restrictions etc

People working at Nissan seem to enjoy broadcasting what's going on but rather touchy if anyone gives an honest opinion.
Someone got a load of abuse for daring to say he wouldn't want to work there.

It's a demanding environment, physically and mentally, which invades personal lives.

Can understand, but was basically saying from personal experience they should demand more. Wasn't a sleight, was the complete opposite.
I feel like if you're in that environment and know no other job and how things operate, the bosses can start to take liberties and present unreasonable conditions as the new normal.

Any money to leave is a bonus. Thousands have left the company without any payoff
