Makes sense, I think it’s the only fair option to be honest there’s not much else they can do if there’s too many of them

I see what your saying bout doubt anyone who has been there 10+ years will leave now knowing the decline the place is in. Be kicking themselves if they offer a recap or make people redundant in the next 18 months.

When all is said and done, there is too many supervisors and team leaders on permanent contracts what else can they do? Line 2 does not need a whole shifts worth of them so they are just going to be making up roles for them? that is an absolute joke.. offer them money, they leave, all is well
