Nissan

They have, the Dacia spring £14,995 new... And some of the silly lane assist / emergency braking etc things etc are mandated by the EU for ALL new cars thats why they have them on...

I bought a 72 plate Zoe GT Line Plus 135 at 11 months old 1 year ago for £13,200 (list £32,995 1 year earlier !!) in a Renault dealer fire sale on a whim.. They are still similar prices now

April to September - Genuine real world 260 miles range on a £4 charge at overnight cheap rate (12 hours across 3 nights on Octopus),

or £12 if I just let it go for around 12 hours on a 3 pin plug during the day too..

And genuine real world range of 205 miles through winter means I charge it once every 4 to 5 weeks...

Been to Manchester, Bolton, York all over and all with no issues...

Only done around 2500 miles in the last year mind, but perfect just to go to the gym and the shops..

Won't suit everyone's lifestyle but perfect for me - I do also have a 650bhp petrol car that does 205 mph too though for when I am feeling a bit rebellious so not totally sold out yet... :)
Dacia. 😂end of life car

No it's not. Not everybody works shifts, so £27,434 is the starting wage. £13.53ph.
Amazon pays £13.50ph starting wage
So about £350 more a month over min wage at £27k compared to the new min wage when that comes in. But then I guess you have to consider if the shifts are worth the extra money or not

About £200 less tax and N.I , so about £144.
Think your missing the point though, the amount of work expected at NMUK vs minimum wage jobs is so much more.

Think it’s about 200 after tax and ni, but yeh it’s not much more when you factor in possible heavier workload and shifts, I’m assuming that’s why there may be a lot of churn with staff if people aren’t much better off for a lot more effort until the payrises come

Auto manufacturing is fucked. Used to be a decent sector but wages are driven so low it's only automotive service sector that's really making money.

It’s the starting wage tho, top of the band is much higher , very decent money which you just won’t get elsewhere and can now be actually achieved relatively quickly.

15 years to get top band if you get an expected performance every year. I asked yesterday at surgery

I dont understand why the line shops arent screaming from the rooftops for a 15:30 start on lates? Especially with it being dead at the minute. Would kill me doing the school run after a 1am finish

But an increase every year nevertheless which takes you above what you’d get elsewhere. Top of band with 2 shift allowance is over £40000 now.
