A grown man who's only aim when posting on here is to try and wind people up It's pretty sad tbh. I don't think I've ever seen a post from him that has anything to do with trying to have a serious discussion re football.

What would they have to gain by going public if they are bullshitting? If it was all lies the club would have said so is my guess.

That's what I had started to believe but quotes are one thing that should be the same across the board.. people speculating can be different but a direct quote should match.

I initially thought "bollocks" then I started to believe a little and get a little excited, now I am back to "bollocks"
 
I think they're going to get it, but I also think for some reason they are nowhere near as wealthy as they are making out. It'll still be positive for Newcastle, but they'll be massively disappointed if they think they're getting the likes of mbappe or coutinho.
