He's done an appalling job and is in the process of being replaced. My sympathy for him is virtually zero.

I don't think he's a bad bloke as such but he's he's simply not fit for purpose.

Benitez is a good manager but I doubt he's managed at this level before. You can't put lipstick on a pig .
