What's to struggle about ? its the same argument every thread by different posyers and it's the same argument that no one will ever win

I predict fuck all will not happen. HMRC will have been collecting evidence for at least 6 months or even longer before they even believed they had a case.
The fact they have gone this far then means that they believe that they have an excellent chance of recovering the revenue
