I predict fuck all will not happen. HMRC will have been collecting evidence for at least 6 months or even longer before they even believed they had a case.
The fact they have gone this far then means that they believe that they have an excellent chance of recovering the revenue

The long the investigation continues does that mean it's more likely to lead to charges or the opposite @Grumpy Old Man?
