Say a new owner (ha!) does come in and says, "f*** it, let's build a new stadium," where's the best location for a new stadium to be located? Not many areas in the city centre that can accommodate a 60,000 seater stadium.

7. Improving the stadium

The stadium is an impressive one but there has been little work done to it recently. Fans clearly don’t see it as a priority.

Good point,i agree, but howay man, £14.5m? Shearer was 15 and Owen was more than him.
