Yes. There is no business model in 2018 that is surviving by generating business through organic views.

Which is why PPC and 'pay to play' is so lucrative.

If you're so convinced you're right, suggest a company to me and I'll have a look to see what they're doing. The caveat here is it's not some home business turning over £9k a year.

the operation was quite large,HMRC dont conduct huge operations for nothing,i would be very shocked if they found nothing,the issue is,is it a agent at fault or the club,or possibly both,if its agent only then they have nothing to worry about,any of the other 2 and its a different story.

I wasn't talking about surviving purely down to organic social media marketing, just laughing at your suggestion that absolutely zero business anywhere is gained through it.

I know boosted advertising and pay per click is more lucrative because you can plug in your own data and target the exact demographic you are looking to engage but I would never say absolutely no revenue anywhere is generated by putting a social post up here and there.

Your suggestion was absolute and it's daft to say something like that.

Just let me know if you ever want to learn about targeted advertising - believe me, 'boosting' ads and PPC are not it. Targetting demographics is not it. Both methods also drive little to no business. Trust me - I do this for (a very good) living.

As an aside, if any business owner wants to find out more about filling your sales funnel with better quality and hot leads who I can demonstrate are actively watching your content and are pretty much ready to buy, just drop me a PM. Mags needn't bother.
 
Any potential new owners will be thinking twice about going anywhere near them. Take them over and have the burden to continually pump money in or your other business will be targeted. Once you rule out owners who are football people to run a club within its means....you are left with the kind of shit Hull ended up with.

Didn’t the Mags go to Court to say the action was illegal or something and it was thrown out. If that’s the case and the Court sided with HMRC I can’t see it being nothing

Although I've flipped between the two, I initially started with 'little to nothing' I do believe updating your twitter account leads to zero sales in any consumer market - and if I walked into a business tomorrow I would have zero hesitation in saying it will generate no sales and you're wasting your time.
