It still does not change your own, personal valuation though. If he's happy to continue as is, until that valuation is met, then that's just the way it is. He could be with you for another 20 plus years.

Of course he could. His valuation of the club is complete fantasy, so therefore realistically, the club is not for sale and never has been.

It's just another one of his massive lies.

rafaa , divvant leve tha toon son , wor luv ya , a luv me futty , howaa rafa son stey wiv tha toon . wor a nayshaan .

Hilarious that, son.

Yes he did appoint a manger we like (not adore) . He also did that in the case of Keegan back in 2011.

In both cases he promised them certain things and then fucked it up by being an arse and reneging on promises.

In Keegan's case - he was promised control of player selection - but then had the indignation of having a little weasel like Wise put in charge of him. So he walked

In Benitez case he was promised all the available funds would be put towards team building - we are currently profiting to the tune of at least £50m per annum - which could be spent improving the team, but for some reason is not.
We are currently selling more than we are buying.

Bottom line is - you cannot trust Ashley - he is a shyster looking for the next victim to pillage.

As an example - The treatment of Jonas Gutierrez when he was diagnosed with cancer was truly despicable and made me ashamed of the club. Likewise the Wonga connection

If Ashley really wants out he had better plan his exit strategy quickly now otherwise it could all fall apart at the end of this season if Benitez does walk. In that scenario the stadium will be empty next term if he continues down his current path - and he will own a failing asset.

He was offered £300m by the Staveley consortium - this would have allowed him to get out gracefully and make a profit of at least £35m-£40m after his purchase fee of £130 / loan of £134m were paid off .

But he wanted £400m - why - because he is a greedy bastard

There was no 'Staveley Consortium' ..... she was a bigger chancer than Ashley but without the money.

You ignore the various caveats, regarding relegation etc, that Staveley wanted to impose.

In truth you're manipulating the media guesswork figures to create an argument.

No it won't.

The Ashley Out brigade shout louder than the rest of the fans. They'll find that the majority of them are actually in support of Ashley and will happily continue attending games when Benitez leaves at the end of the season (or before).

Exactly, Ashley knows it, Benitez knows it and so do the shop shouters.

Slim (though I'm having a stab in the dark (something he seems a expert on) and guessing he's not "slim") is having a hard time accepting a few actual facts.

World class champs leeg gaffa with contanintul pedagrey... Backed proppa, he'll take toon to the top where Keegan left off.

Entertainers2 and barca of the north in reach with rafa.

Arnly the owna can stop him.

Arshley's fawlt.
...

As I said, we've had a tough start. No shock losing to the three we've lost to. Plenty of people are questioning Rafa now, but that doesn't suit your agenda, does it?

I don't have an agenda, only observations.

Aye plenty of people are questioning fat body, hardly any of them are mags.

You're too busy quoting net spends, shouting at shops and generally making the north east look thick as fuck.

None of my business mate but you may be better reading Sombrero's posts as a normal person, not a typical SMB Mag ...
... he only ever posts his honest opinions, speaks for himself alone and would never shout at a shop.

Plenty of black and whites, including myself are questioning his tactics and buys. The majority of us don't shout at shops and make the north east look thick, despite your blinkered views.

Ha! Just seen this after I posted my reply.

Hope you're well mate.

Like so many others of his kind, he's to busy posting on a SUNDERLAND forum.
We are their world.
On the contrary mate. I like to come on here for a bit of reasonable debate, I don't like purely Newcastle ones. Besides, I've had many a savaging off @Reiver to be careful what I say

Personally, I think the ones who complain about Ashley, then turn up at the ground in their club strips, buy their pies and pints then sit on their hands or moan all game are the bigger embarrassment.

Each to their own.

No links mate, just half of the bus I go to away games on are disillusioned with him atm. Believe that if you like.
Can well believe this, supporting your team at away grounds, paying very good money for the pleasure of it and then watching the equivalent of the Alamo for 90 minutes must be morale sapping.

Good on those who still have the conviction, thankfully SAFC for now have moved away from this.
