Barmy isn't it? One of them today was saying he'd generated £100m in order for Ashley to only give him £80m, in return.
He's a bastard that Ashley, he lets his manager control all sales but he decides on incoming budgets and fees.

to be honest can he take them any further? might just keep his rep by saying he left them in a better place. rafa has all the mags wrapped around his little fat finger. can't do no wrong. good ol' mike will sicken him off.

You always seem to be an okay Mag.
So, what’s your opinion on the fact that when things are going well, as in the decent run you had early on in the season Rafa never criticised Ashley, then when you had a bad run he was vocal, and now you are on a decent run he’s not mentioning it again.
Not saying Ashley is anyway perfect but it seems there is also an element of Rafa playing to his audience

That made me giggle today. Letting a manager spend £80m+ of the £100m he made. 'Nor like Ashley is a wanker Rafa has had his hands tied spend £200m ffs show some ambition net spend blah blah' :lol:
