They have spent the last couple of pre home games, standing one deep outside a sports direct shop and shouted at it in protest.

One brought a shovel and another had his jam sarnies in a sports direct bag.

Today's was excellent, a crowd of about forty, (mag posters will have it at 40000), turned up in pissing rain and were met with general disinterest

To me, from the look on his face, it looks like the employee is thinking "seriously?"

from his body language, he looks quite reluctant to take the sweeties.

you can see a far away gaze in the young lads eye, looking back to a moment when he was a lad of 8 or 9 years old, being sat down by his mother and warned of weird old men, smelling of garden sheds and hospital food wastage, offering you sweets and asking you to just smile at the camera
