Talking of fivers, what you spending your fiver on this weekend?
You conveniently ignored the short post when I simplified it and asked a very genuine question  I guess that's because you know the answer and you just move on to the next piece of shite to post.

They spend days arguing about things then, when they're proved totally wrong, claims it's pointless arguing.

These Mags must have shoulders like Conan the Barbarian with all that goalpost moving

Ashley went on TV to spell out that he wants rid of NUFC, won't spend big money and has no ambition for the club.

Then the Mags spens their time on here claiming he won't spend money and has no ambition for the club ...

... like they've found a smoking gun and evidence for his duplicity, absolute madness

‘Here’s a fiver ref!’

Why are you questioning me on profit? In your own words it’s ‘meaningless’.

Why do you want to discuss something that’s ‘meaningless’? Seems a colossal waste of time, especially to the tedious lengths you go to.
You really a sad person aren't you? I can't believe you've actually just said that!

I though kids grew out of repeating shite that isn't true as you've taken it out of context (as I've explained twice now) about the age 10 yet you're still bring that up as a reply? and use it as some sort of security blanket to ignore the fact you don't have an answer.

Just answer the question and stop squirming by using summit only a child would say or shut the fuck up about NET spend and apologise to @Binxy

Why do you want to discuss something with a ‘sad person’?

Again, weird.

Quite why you expect me to engage in detail with you after you’ve called me ‘sad’ and have the ‘mentality of a 10 year old’ is another question all together.

Do you actively engage other 10 year old boys you don’t know elsewhere?

Calling for ‘backup’ at the end as well...

He knows the answer yet is coming out with the 'profit is meaningless' shite like some ignornant twat would because they've got fuck all else to say. I simplified the question and he's still squirming around it :lol:

Basic economics tells you that you can't spend what you haven't got without borrowing or going into debt yet this twat was moaning on about only having £0.51m NET spend over those selective 3 years yet they lost £41.1m in 2016/17 and made in £18.6m in 2017/18. So they've still lost £22.5m over those 2 seasons so unless they made £22.5m profit last season then where is this money coming from @Sima?:lol:

Home Bargains have a deal on Pepsi Max at the moment, might be worth buying 4 bottles for your £5 pocket money and then them selling on for £2 each to make -£5 NET spend ;-) Just leave the bills and household running costs to your mammy and daddy ;-)

You spend more time arguing about NUFC than anyone else on this board. Your post count on this thread must be higher than anyone. Also, what happens to be your opinion, does not prove others "totally wrong".

oh no, it's another amateur internet psychiatrist ...

Answer the question then? No point as I've just answered it because you knew the answer. Even if NUFC made a healthy £30m profit last season that wouldn't cover the extra NET spend this season given they'd have only made £7.5m profit over your 3 'selective' seasons! You really don't know the basics of finances now do you?

Do you know the answer to that very simple question that @Sima is avoiding yet asked binxy to apologise for? ;-)

NUFC's NET spend over the 3 seasons from 2016/17 to 2018/19 is -£0.51m, what is their NET profit over those 3 seasons?

It's amusing watching him squirm and come out with the comments he has :lol:

If it wasn't the fact that these people are Mags you'd say it was unbelievable

They come on a Sunderland forum, day after day after day, arguing about net spend, Ashley and the finances ...

... then claim it's only you who's arguing.

Absolute madness.

The club have voluntarily paid Mike Ashley over £30m back in last seasons accounts. There was no obligation to do so.

Give it a rest with the fibs man.

"The club have voluntarily paid Mike Ashley over £30m back in last seasons accounts.

There was no obligation to do so."

Just take a look at that statement man, unbelievable.

'The club paid Mike Ashley' ...

... he OWNS the f***ing club lock, stock and two smoking phoneboxes

I don't think that is enough to justify his price tag. We sold Perez for £30 million and he got got 12 last season. Surely £40 million should get someone capable of 15 - 20?

It guarantees nothing in truth, first season etc the price tag is pretty ordinary for strikers these days,Almiron although record fee for us is chicken feed compared to a zaha at 70 million reported, poor comparison and not making excuses for either of them however Almiron needs a goal soon, Joelinton could be decent could be shite however with Bruce at the helm he may turn into a dud.Bruce clearly has a hard on at the thought of 15 mins from Andy Carrol

"The owner’s additional £10m cash injection was repaid during the year, while a further £33m was also repaid after year-end, leaving £111m."

This is the problem. Ashley is going nowhere soon. He owns the Club 100%. He paid £134m and the Club owes him £111m. So he's in for £244m. Any business would expect a decent return on that level of investment for that length of time. Say at least 20%? So an asking price of £300m for a Club which is mid table at best. Who would pay that?

He will keep us ticking over, hopefully running down the debt and keeping us a few places above relegation. While getting a little bit of publicity for Sports Direct.

Pretty depressing but it's basically the same for everyone apart from the usual 5 or 6. Football is fucked.

He was paid because you are hugely dependent on him and you lot treat him like shite

The fact you base finances on just transfer fees alone show how little you know. NUFC have had a huge wage bill for the past decade
