My Mag mate messaged me asking how long it had been a thing for. Explained it had been sung at probably every match since I started to go in ‘92, it’s just the club have made it a bit more of an event in the last few years.

Pink & Black with Wise Men Say around the collar. Europa League badge on the arm.

Then they deleted it.
 
Really need the 'like a river flows' verse to become standard as part of our singing it as well, really build to a crescendo, prolong the whole ground choir. Fitting that the club is on the balls of the River Wear that 'flows surely to the sea' as well. Words on the big screens for a few weeks until everyone gets it?
 
I think it sounds crap like.

Saying that I thought our last pink effort looked decent on the pitch, just crap when the fatties in the stand tried to wear it.
