Editors new album out yday 'The weight of your love'

Very impressed with it. I am very biased though. They were incredible at Glasto, massive sound, There is a track on there called 'Sugar' very muse.

Overall 8/10
 
My wildcard album of the week is "Melt Yourself Down" by Melt Yourself Down. Members and ex-members of Acoustic Ladyland, Transglobal Underground, Zun Zun Egui doing jazz tinged (I guess) North African stuff. Sounds much better than my description of them.

Really enjoying the new Frightened Rabbit album, definitely the best thing they've released IMO. Veronica Falls new one is decent. Dutch Uncles very good. Everything Everything pretty shit. Haven't got round to m b v yet, but it's next on my list.

And are you looking forward to anything that's coming out soon? New Foals out next week, on first few listens it's pretty disappointing though.

We share the same opinion on that, I thought it was really over-produced and just too long. I found it boring on the whole.

Clearly in the minority with that opinion mind as it got massive praise from almost everyone.

i thought it was alright. funeral however is a work of art. brilliant.
