Plenty of other museums and some great looking architecture. Palaces, castles etc.
Allianz arena tour.
Salzburg & Nuremburg <2 hours by train. Nuremburg is a hidden gem.
Olympic Park & Englischer Garten + loads of other parks.

You can now book online. Cheapest return seems to be £135.60 for Fri-Mon. Can only book up to June 13th though.
