Think it was @Lonz That had the best one imo. Gave daily insights into the Whickham transfer from start to finish.

Doesn’t make sense to me marra, if the Chronicle were given two stories, they would have still printed the Sunderland one, a tiny little paragraph, which it probably deserves anyhow. Appointing Rodwell would only be back page news of the Beano Bob. Like I said earlier, I admire your loyalty, but surely you don’t believe that story you’ve been told and your allegiance must be waning over what this idiot is doing to our club.

Seems to me that the ‘ITKs’ mentioned are quite understated with their info as oppose to the attention seeking car crash ‘ITKs’ we’ve had lately.
Perhaps there’s a lesson in their somewhere 😉

That’s because of the loan though and if anyone wants to buy us they have to agree to it. Massively hope they do but sounds too good to be true.

People should realise that like most newspaper stories, there may be some element of truth to some but a huge percentage are utter bollox.

Unfortunately I think if they were going to buy us they would have done by now. Just my opinion like. I had a quick glance at the other board and I sense a bit of desperation about FPP, I think it’s probably so posters who posted nonsense originally about them can say told you so

At the time that their “Takeover” went pear shaped and the “loan” appeared, there was all sorts of talk about SD moving the goalposts on price etc. I recall then that I wondered if, as seasoned successfull businessmen they stuck the loan in to keep their element of control while showing they won’t get fucked around. I hope it’s a “fuck you SD,We’ll play the long game on this one” while picking the club up for peanuts somewhere down the line. ITHICS

The sniping and name calling mind to the likes of mad bob ,Riv,Dennis longhorn etc etc is wrong.

these types of people contribute to the board(s) and generate interest and discussion and their intentions are good no matter how carried away they or us might get At times.That's what it’s all about.

to log on and wait for someone to post to chuck insults at them is a mentality I can’t get my head round.

i think they’ve always been there, whether its down to price or SD role or something else changed i don’t know but i still think they are interested. No inside knowledge, i just don’t believe they’ve put all that work & money in to just walk away
