Absolute crap customer service, we all know computers can be wrong. It’s left a bitter taste in my mouth, that my safety was compromised and they didn’t give a flying ****why?
two lads at work have almost identical bmw 1 series through the same lease company, both have the same issue with random total power loss... as both of them are field engineers they've parked them up and refuse to drive them as BMW have spent 6 months telling them there are no problems, but within days both cars will loose power (normally in the fast lane of the motorway!).
Youve been fortunate that it’s done it and proved them wrong. They had ours over a month, said it was our driving styles!! We’d taken it back within the first month and were entitled to our money back, said it need a software update. Basically fobbed us off till we over the month lost 2.5k on it.Yep. Golf mk 8
