I like him. The game needs Neil Warnock's
One of the best saves I’ve seen thatYeah he was.
Peschisolodo header that got saved by Seaman![]()
1) 3rd party ownership was NOT illegal at the time
2) the fine was way over a years tv money and very nearly bankrupted us lead to our eventual relegation too
what was illegal was a clause in the contract saying that Joorbachian (who just moved Coutinho to Barca) could move them on in any window without West ham agreeing first
this clause was never activated and remained just something in the contract that never got used, and it WAS West Hams new board that went to the FA when they realised it may not be correct
there were 4 court cases over this, West Ham won 3 Sheff United won 1 yet we had to pay
the only reason we did not continue to fight is tat when we went into debt dueto the IClandic banking crisis the auditor refused to sign off on our accounts until this was settled, if we had kept fighting the club would have been forced into administration
I think he took the Leeds job to quickly after getting the sack from us , it was never suited to him and I think he felt that , but as a neutral I don't think he did a bad job at yours , and yes the football was very good we dominate teams with flair and grit which is what you need to get any team out of the championship
Not sure if he was in charge, but that cup semi final against Arsenal was a good game
I just finished reading this, thanks for the recommendation. Picked it up for 99p on Kindle, very enjoyable read. Not exactly a book for tacticians and it does have a wandering style of writing, but great fun throughout, really giving an idea of what a managers life is really like in the Championship especially.
And when you said Griezmann and PEA would struggle in England.
Did you like the stuff about Redfearn?

Big sam’s book is on for 99p too. Canny.
In his latest book? He only mentions him once, and that was to say Redfearn didn't come to say goodbye after he got sacked at Leeds. Did I miss something?Did you like the stuff about Redfearn?
