Neighbour Staring in my Window

I’m sat in my sitting room watching the match and I can just see a head bobbing about in my eye line.

Look out my window and my neighbour is pretending to be riding his bike (he doesn’t own a bike) but is using it as a cover for watching the match on my telly.

Hoyed the Christmas tree lights on a flash to try and distract him.

It’s not working yet. Any other tips for getting rid of a weird neighbour?

Earn more money so you can live somewhere half decent where neighbours aren't so near.
